Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains how MoneySlinger™, operated by MoneySlinger LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us”), may and may not be used. It is part of our Terms of Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to follow it.

1. Our Intellectual Property

MoneySlinger™ and the MoneySlinger Cashflow Method™, including our software, worksheets, templates, text, graphics, designs, logos, and names, are the property of MoneySlinger LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. The Cashflow Method’s workflow and calculations are confidential to us, and you agree to use them only through the Service.

Your account or subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use MoneySlinger to manage your own finances. It does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service.

2. No Copying or Cloning

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our software, worksheets, templates, screens, text, or other materials.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or calculation logic.
• Build, sell, or distribute a product, template, course, or service that copies the Service’s software, worksheets, templates, screens, or text, or that presents our materials as your own.
• Use the MoneySlinger name, logos, or trademarks without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the app or your account. (This does not apply to search engines indexing our public pages.)
• Resell, rent, or sublicense account access, share your login credentials, or use one personal account to serve paying clients. Sharing your budget through the Service’s built-in partner and guest sharing features is allowed.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Upload or enter malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use MoneySlinger for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Enter content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

4. Your Content

You own the financial data, notes, and labels you enter into MoneySlinger, and you are responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice. We may also take legal action and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Reporting Concerns

To report suspected misuse of the Service, or to tell us you believe content on MoneySlinger infringes your intellectual property rights, email us with a description of the material, where it is located, and your contact information. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
